Chris + Noelle's First Home

Everybody is talking bout how hot the Portland real estate market is and how challenging it can be to find the 'right' home. But the best part of my job as a Portland Real Estate Broker is when you find that 'right' home for your clients, right when they need it. This turned out to be the fastest transaction I've ever done. Chris and Noelle started searching 12 days ago and wanted to find their perfect home quickly. 

We were able to locate, fall in love, place an offer, inspect, and close on a house in record time. From offer to close, I was able to negotiate for my clients to receive their keys to their first home in 9 days. How could that be? Well in this case, the financing was cash versus a loan, which can really speed up the process if the buyer chooses to.
